All female house of 5. We have a bath house that will have 1 room available after December th. The room will be available until May. The rent is $ per month. The house has 2 sets of laundry machines, outdoor parking, 2 living areas, a kitchen, a full yard and a 2 car garage. All residents are currently University students. This is a good opportunity to relocate for the Spring semester if you need to change your living space situation and don't want to sign a 1 year lease. You would have to bring your own bedroom furniture, but the shared living areas are furnished. 6 miles from the U of U campus. Utilities are included in the rent. Wifi internet.
