Hi! I’m cynthia and am going to be moving out soon and am looking to fill my room. I’ve given information for my current roommate, who will be living with (pictured) Looking for somebody to take my place on the lease, WILL NOT BE SUBLETTING. Move in day is flexible however looking for someone to come around /. Has had some bad roommate trauma and just wants to be able to relax in their home.

bathroom, large balcony & kitchen, third floor apartment, near college center, corner of Randall and Kerr. $ monthly(overshooting price, utilities included), cleans after self, No dogs, No more than 1 cat and must be fixed, NO CONSERVATIVES, no heavy drinkers, no weed smokers, no parties lol. Just wants a friendly roommates who’s respectful and chill. Looking for one queer roommate
