Hey everyone! 👋 I’m looking for a new roommate for my condo near Alameda & Peoria in Aurora.
The room is currently being used as an office, but it’ll be cleared out and ready for whoever moves in. You’d just be sharing the full bathroom with the other upstairs roommate.
A little about the house: it’s newly renovated, clean, and has a pretty chill vibe. One roommate works from home but is barely here, and I work and am usually out when I’m not home. We’re really just looking for someone respectful, clean, and easygoing.
💵 Rent is $ + utilities (we only split electricity and internet).
🔎 Background check is required.
Also, just mentioning this in case someone’s planning ahead — the basement will be available in January because my current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend.
