Hello , I’m a single mom with 2 kids I don’t have the best credit and I have a previous eviction from 3 years ago while in a DV relationship. I’m doing way better now have an amazing job and is about to be homeless this week since my lease ended and my landlord gave me 2 extra weeks to find a place. I have landlord recommendation but I have been fully transparent. I don’t wish to go through this again so I will be staying long term if you rent to me and will pay on time . I can afford first month and security to move in. Please help if you can. God bless.
