This three bedroom house is located in a very safe location in the city of Milpitas. We are currently living three people in this house and we are looking to have one more person to share the house with. We are 2 open-minded LGBTQ+ friendly young guys who have animals at home. In return, we are looking for someone who is open-minded, loves animals, clean and punctual about rent. Our new roommate will have the room all to him/herself. The new roommate can be either male or female and may bring guests to their room as long as they keep the noise at a reasonable level. Our new friend may use the living room, kitchen, laundry machine/dryer. Bills included!!!!
