Looking for a roommate!

Hello, I am looking for my aunt who is in her late fiftiess. She usually is quiet and out of anybody’s way. She spends most of her time at home but that’s because her health is declining. She is needing some help with mortgage payments and she is super open minded and friendly. Please let me know if you guys are interested! Private room and private bathroom yourselves and the only common areas are: kitchen, garage, and living room. The utilities are already set up but you guys will be splitting the cost. Also, no pets and no smokers please!
