Hey every of my roommates is studying abroad next semester, so we’re looking for someone to take over her room from January–July . You’ll also have the option to re-sign for next year if you want to stay.

About the house:
• Newly renovated, modern appliances
• 5-min walk to Points, 5-min drive to campus
• Safe, cozy neighborhood
• Your room is upstairs with a private bathroom
• Move-in January

About us:
I’m , a senior in undergrad studying Biology, and Gina () and in her first year of grad school for Exercise Science. We both live downstairs (everyone has their own bathroom). There’s also a cute backyard patio, and you’ll have tons of privacy since the only upstairs room is yours.
