In a cute small town on the Main Line outside of Philadelphia. min no transfers to center city. House with dishwasher, washer/dryer, yard, basement. Big kitchen, big common area, and we really like interior design so the place feels nice :3 Room is probably sq. ft. comes with a window AC. small closet. Great lighting, beautiful trees fill the view from both windows. very very good soundproofing.

Two roommates, , both very quiet and respectful. Very friendly, but both usually working. Both queer, 1 trans man and 1 genderqueer. House is often locale for queer gatherings. opportunity to meet tons of new people and socialize! if you dont want to attend, the soundproofing means you can basically pretend theyre not happening. Everyone is very clean, but not so much so you can’t relax. All great cooks!!!
