Hi my name is Michaela, I am years old and I live with my year old mother on the first floor of a 2 family house. My uncle is the landlord and he lives on the second floor with his family. We are just a 2 minute walk away from the A train St station, laundromat and numerous delis. The apartment has 3 rooms, my mother has a bathroom in her room and there is another bathroom in the hallway. I will be sharing that bathroom with the selected roommate. Additionally, we provided a mini fridge in the room and the kitchen will be shared among the three of us but I use it less. Wifi, water, gas, and electricity are included.
