I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible or by december 1st— preferably a girl in her early s. Rent is $/month plus utilities, and there’s a $ application fee through the property management company.

You’ll get a spacious bedroom with your own private bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower, double vanity, and linen closet. The room is located over the garage, so it’s super quiet and private.

The house has a two-car garage, a nice-sized kitchen and living room, and is shared with three other girls in their early s — all friendly and easygoing.

It’s in a quiet neighborhood about minutes from MSU campus, depending on traffic. It’s a great spot for a student or young professional who wants a calm and comfortable place to live.

I’m flexible with move-in dates and happy to work with whatever timeline you have — I just really need to find someone to take over my spot soon!
