Looking for Roommate

Hi! My name is Sam, and I'm currently looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom apartment. You would have your own room and bathroom. The apartment is on the second floor and is accessed via stairs. I'm not sure exactly how much utilities would be (trash disposal, water, sewer, electricity, wifi), so I've but down a guess. There's a washer and dryer in the unit, too!

I'm very easy going and easy to get along with. I do have a very friendly and playful 2 year old labrador who sheds quite a bit. I also have a leopard gecko that eats live bugs. All of their belongs with stays in my room with the exception of my dogs toys lol. My dog will go to daycare for the majority of my workweek once he can get in.
