ISO a room in the LA area

Hi, I’m a musician and educator in the LA area looking for a room. I would like to move by the end of January . I’m easygoing, respectful and tend to keep to myself. I don’t really have a preference as far as age and gender, just as long as parking isn’t terrible. I would prefer a roommate that’s okay with cats, but it’s not required. I play piano, so it’s important that I’m able to make noise for long periods of time so I can practice. If you think I sound like a good fit, message me here. Thanks!
