Looking for a room to rent!

I'm a year old female looking for a roommate on the upper west side. Currently I'm on the upper east, but the Upper West is more convenient for work. I work from home 3 days out of the week (M, TH, FR), and go into the office the other 2 days.

I'm very clean and am looking for someone who also maintains the space well, and is quiet during reasonable hours (especially during the week). I cook often, and occasionally have my girlfriend over.

I do have a cat! He is a Maine Coon and he's years old. He is very much a lover and will take any attention you give to him. He is well mannered and I clean his liter box every day. Ideally I would like a roommate who loves cats as he will want to love you!

When I travel I either pay my roommate if they're willing to watch him for me, or I hire a sitter to come by twice a day to check on him/play with him.
