Hello, looking for a senior roommate. I have an unfurnished bath for rent. It is on the lower floor. I am asking $ a month, a deposit if $ plus utilities. My water bill usually run about $ a month and SRP is $ a month so anything above that would be yours to pay. Apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Plenty of parking and close to safeway and Walgreens.
