Room in nice neighborhood

Hello, I have a room up for rent in glen laurel. Very nice and quiet neighborhood in Yorktown, only about a minute drive to anywhere in Newport News. Currently 3 of us live here, me m, my girlfriend f and a coworker of ours f. Just looking to rent out her hobby room, it can be emptied and furnished within a day or two to your desire. Will be a shared bathroom with the other roommate, besides that we all share the rest of the house. Very quiet house, might have some friends over to play or board games once a month but that’s about it
. We have very good WiFi. Everyone currently in the house works full time so we don’t stay up late being loud. Currently no pets in the house but not too against having a well trained cat or dog join the household. Looking for someone responsible and easy going, full time job preferably. Looking for female preferably.
