Look to pivot and downsize

Hello everybody, 👋...
I'm humbly and respectfully looking for a room to rent in the Columbus area, I have money but I have barriers with my health (dialysis) and my criminal record, Over years old, no arson or sex offenses.
I really would like to be somewhere around campus or clintonville or near Parsons up by Nationwide. Beggars can't be choosers...
I'm in the hospital right now and had to move out of my house because I couldn't afford it. When I'm not in the hospital I love cycling and being in nature. Coffee shops are a thing. I to fancy myself as a musician.
I have a basic income because of my disability, I'm currently a subcontracting, janitor but I'm going to pivot to a new job.
