Finding private room with bathroom

I hope you are well. I am very interested in renting property I have been approved for HAP payments of € per month, which would be paid directly to you by the local authority. I would cover any difference myself if the rent is above the HAP limit.
I currently work full-time at Bagel House Factory, 5 days a week, so I have a steady income. I am ready to move in as soon as possible and can provide all necessary documentation regarding my HAP approval.
Please let me know if you accept HAP payments and if the property is available for immediate occupancy.
