The idea is a rent for 3 months moth to moth rent with opportunity for longer, so is a security deposit ( one rent security deposit ) and the rent on the first month plus every moth pay ahead . No smoke ,no visitors , no party , clean and organized . You buy your own products and groceries. Boundaries is to be stablished .its a security deposit of a month rent $ deposit . Renting for 3 months possibly 6 .
