Looking for a room to rent soon

Hey! My name is John and I am a year old sober male looking for a room to rent in the near future. Important things to note are that I am calm, quiet, and reserved (although I can be social as well)! I love animals and I am okay with children as well. I would love to find a room with someone around my age, but as long as my roommate is sober off hard substances then I really do not mind their demographics. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and will not live with anyone who does not share the same sentiments. I just recently moved here from Dallas Texas and do not know anyone, so please bear with me if I seem as though I am taking a lot of precautions when it comes to finding a room.
