Current situation: share friendly easy going home with myself, F and two other F small dog, 2 Cats. One woman that moved out had a small dog so, I MIGHT consider a small dog. Sorry nomore Cats. MUST BE AN ANIMAL PERSON We are looking for quiet, professional, and someone that wants to be part of a home not, just go to your room and not pitch in around the house or be completly unsocialble Lol. About the home: 2 Fireplaces, Sq. Ft . acres lot. House was built in very quaint! 3 refrigerators. Basement with washer/dryer and possible storage. Gated courtyard with porch swing. In summer, patio furniture with fire table, patio umbrella with chairs. Big fenced back yard. Plenty of safe street parking. Two blocks to I-5. Close to coffee houses, restaurants, mall, and hospitals, (travel nurses welcome) . Full house privilege's. The process is to talk on the phone then if it sounds like a good fit come to the house for a meetup, fill out the application when we meet. Must a pass background check (you pay sorry I've paid for too many) month to month, one year lease negotiable. I'm hoping for long term. First, last, and utility/damage deposit $.
