Hi, I am quickly looking for a female that is willing to takeover my lease at The Bryn from January to July . I am graduating in December and need to find someone. Rent is $ (with service fee included) and you pay utilities each month but parking is included! 😊It is a private bedroom and shared bath with one other girl. The apartment has a great gym, hot tub and pool area and has been super great about maintenance requests, great place to live! It also includes a cata bus pass to get to campus and around town. I live with 3 great girls, all are pretty private and quiet. They do have one DOG who is quiet and clean and will not get in your space if you prefer.
