Reliable income — $/hour at my new job
Additional Social Security benefits approved
Willing to provide proof of employment + benefit approval letter
Despite credit challenges due to divorce and a past eviction/bankruptcy,
I am fully prepared to pay a deposit equal to one month’s rent
