Bed linens provided. Towels provided. All shared supplies such as trash bags, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and more are included. Large TV provided in living room. All shared spaces such as kitchen, living room are furnished.

Provided shared supplies are re-stocked as needed. Your bedroom door has it's own individual lock and the front door has an electronic lock enabling further security. Call Sheila at or I live in KCMO to complete an interview and application. NO PETS. NO SMOKING within ft of property.

The room is in a 5 bedroom house. The room is on the 2nd floor.
Current roommates are females. I require a $ application fee to perform a background check. The property is currently going through renovations and upgrades.
