Searching for roommate in SLC!

Posting in hopes of finding a roommate (male preferred) to join me and one other in a bath apartment in the Murray/Taylorsville area. Offering dollars off of rent every month as a move in bonus!

Expected expenses are around $ a month with rent+utilities. month lease as of October.

Outside Amenities include a pool and hour gym (pictures included) as well as a resident lounge and pet park. Cat friendly

Roommate and I are quiet, well kept, often keep to ourselves, and are always open to discussing any roommate/common area issues that may arise. We’re very open minded, and happy to answer any questions/get to know anyone interested. Don’t hesitate to shoot me any questions. Best regards!
