The bedroom is furnished with a bed, dresser, night stand, desk, ceiling fan, and closet.
House, Kitchen, and laundry shared spaces. It is a very casual home. You can come and go when you want; just be considerate and clean up after yourself. There will be a total of 3 people living here (each has a separate private room). Please no pets. Fenced in backyard

Refundable deposit is half of the rent.
Parking is in the driveway or on the street.
