Venetucci Farm is a beautiful ranch in southern Colorado Springs with over two hundred acres of land off of highway near Fountain, Colorado. Yes it is old and has its quirks. I am the property manager of the and a half bathroom farm house and I’m looking to fill the 3 rooms that aren’t being used. Many areas of the house will be shared including the kitchen, washer and dryer, bathrooms, living rooms, but there is plenty of space to get privacy when needed. The house is part of the property that the business operates on so there is a big sense of communal living. We have events, weddings and festivals on the property so there are definitely people around often. Except for the bedrooms, the house is fully furnished with room for other tenants storage/belongings as well.
