Single Father, Two Jobs, Needs Room

Single father working in the social services with two different agencies (one full time, one part time) needs room to rent due to landlords declining health resulting in sale of the home. Would like to move in ASAP. Can pay move in fee no problem, have one very well behaved cat. I am very respectful and quiet, I keep to myself and keep my areas clean and organized. I do not drink, use drugs, smoke marijuana, or otherwise party in any way. I always pay rent on time and have been living in the same place for nearly two years without incident or issue.
