Team-Up in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara

I’m looking for someone to team up with to apply for a BMR 2-bedroom apartment in the Sunnyvale or Santa Clara area. I have a few listings in mind. These are income-restricted units, so you’ll need to be making under $ a year to qualify with me.

I’m hoping to find someone who’s also looking for affordable, stable housing and is open to going through the BMR application process together and is ready to get on some waitlists.

A little about me: I have a pup and live a pretty laid-back lifestyle. I like to keep things tidy in the common areas and would really appreciate living with someone who’s also low key and respectful of shared space.
