Great senior man needs a good room

I am a senior male. I am a teacher, a father of two wonderful daughters and two amazing grandchildren. I am friendly, intelligent and interesting. I do not smoke, use alcohol or any illegal substances. I am quiet and very neat and clean. I love to cook. I am very good with children and animals. "Anyone who like children and animals can't be that bad."
I prefer an unfurnished room, but furnished is OK. I can contribute to the apartment (house)
I am ready to move anytime, but August works best.
