Looking for a clean, reliable, and mature adult to rent the master bedroom in my -bath duplex. This is a short-term rental ( months)—perfect for someone looking to get on their feet or in transition.

The space is quiet, safe, and shared with me and my son (I’m respectful, chill, and work full-time). I’m looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is easy to communicate with, and contributes to a peaceful, drama-free living situation.
