Hi, I’m Glenn—a surfer, professional photographer (I have a studio right across from the Newport Beach Pier), and a full-time dad. I’m currently renting out a private room in my ½-bath townhome in Westminster, just 6 miles from California State University, Long Beach, and 7 miles from the beach.

I live here full-time with my two respectful and well-behaved kids, who stay with me Tuesday through Friday morning

Important note: My kids and I will be moving out of this home in a few months

I’m looking for a female roommate who is responsible, tidy, drama-free, and comfortable with kids being around part of the week (for now).
For the safety and comfort of all women living in the home, male visitors are not allowed.
