Hello my name is Wendy. I am seeking for a female roommate. If she has one child, that is also acceptable (Available Sept)The apartment currently has me and my daughter. I have 1 room for rent it can be furnished or not it’s up to you. Spacious apt with parking available. Pricing includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
Before moving in, there is an association form that must be filled out with a fee. The condominium offers various amenities, including a very nice pool, a library, game rooms, a billiard room, a gym, tennis courts, Olympic pool, soccer field, children playground , pickleball courts, basketball court, soccer field, volleyball, in a nice quite neighborhood.

Please note that no pets such dog or cat allow in the apartment.
