Looking for some room mates!

This is a sqft home with a 3 garage/driveway. The room is the mother in-law sweet which is like an apartment separated from the rest of the home accept by 1 interior door. There is also exterior access to the suite as well in the front of the house. I’ll be changing out the locks for it so it will be private to you!

The main part of the house will be available of course. Full Kitchen and living room. Washer and dryers are up stairs and open for use at any time. I also plan on keeping a guest room available up stairs that would be open to use if anyone ever wants to come visit or “crash” for a night.
