Hello, I am a NYC resident, female years .
I am returning from a longer travel and I will be looking for a long-term rental during my stay.
I would prefer my own bathroom, but I am open to sharing.
Access to outdoor space would be a plus, as well as laundry on . I would like to use the kitchen for simple sandwiches or to reheat takeouts.
I can support with weekly cleaning and take the trash out regularly.
Overall, I would categorise myself as more introverted.
