Hello, I’m Ted and interested in being housemate or equivelant in general Naperville - Plainfield -Aurora area for end June / July move-in.
I'm semi-retired professional and would be the only occupant, can provide good personal, professional and my current landlord as references, have never been late, credit good etc. credit reports ready to transmit.
I have no pets but am not bothered by other’s pets, never smoked nor used drugs and mind my own business. I’m am friendly, quiet and generally keep to myself but not antisocial - working on a major legal research project and so often hang out working at library.
