Hey everyone! I'm looking for 2 roommates to move in starting August 1st. I have a bath apartment in an awesome location just outside of downtown Santa Barbara.

Details:
Rent: $/month per person
1 parking spot + easy/free street parking (no street cleaning!)
Huge backyard with turf
Spacious living room & full kitchen
In-unit washer & dryer & Laundry

A little about me: I’m , work full-time during the week, super active and outdoorsy, and value a clean, respectful living space.
