Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment with me at Valley View Park, a newly built apartment complex in East Hanover, NJ. The complex is pet-friendly and comes with great amenities like private pools, high-end services, and modern finishes.

About the Apartment:
• Rent: ~$/month per person (approximate)
• Each person gets their own bedroom and private bathroom
• Shared common areas: kitchen, living room, etc.
• Located very close to my workplace, which is key for me as I don’t have a car — commute time is under minutes

About Me:
• Female, mid-s, working professional
• I have a cat (super friendly and clean)
• I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and value a peaceful home
• I don’t host parties or play loud music
• My boyfriend may visit occasionally, but he does not live at the apartment

What I’m Looking For:
• Female roommate around my age
• Also clean, respectful of quiet hours, and willing to share responsibility for keeping the apartment tidy and odor-free
• Pet-friendly (must be okay living with a cat)
• Ideal move-in: End of June or early July (flexible by a month)
