Hello! My name is Sophe. I have room (unfurnished) for rent starting July 1st, with a year long lease (option to renew) in a cute townhome. I'm looking for a young professional/student to move in with me. Rent is $/month, plus utilities ($ depending on the season) and internet. You will also have to pay a $ deposit and apply with the landlord. Everything is a shared space except our bedrooms. It's about a 6 minute drive to UCCS, and the nearest crossroads is Austin Bluffs and N Academy. There's also a community pool that is open during the summer! Sorry no pets or smoking!
