I’m looking for fully furnished housing near Loyola Marymount University (LMU), ideally within a minute walking distance from campus. My budget is $, and I’m looking for a private room in an already existing BHK house or apartment. I’m not looking to start a new lease, as I’m from India and still learning how things work here. I’m a clean, organized girl who’s always willing to help around the house. I’ll be joining LMU for a -month course starting Fall , so I’m looking for a lease that covers that duration.
