Posting on behalf of current roommate who will stay on the lease. bath apartment, looking for two roommates to fill two rooms that will be vacated in June. Ideally women aged twenties/thirties; open to men as well. Rent is hundred/month (depends on access to private bathroom) and includes water/trash. No pets/smokers. Utilities are SMUD, PG&E, and Xfinity, and average ~fifty/month.

Apartment has locked front gate and is in a safe area with quiet neighbors. A/C, dishwasher, and shared laundry room. Upstairs unit with a front porch. Permitted street parking. Walking distance of midtown/downtown and close to popular restaurants/bars. Can add photos to the listing when rooms are vacated in June.

New tenants would need to apply through apartment .
