Room for rent

Looking for a roommate that’s ok with kids and cats. Offering up the mother in law suite which has a walk in closet and full bathroom. I will have my kids on a schedule which means I’ll get them Monday-Tuesday…the x gets them Wednesday-Thursday and then I get them Friday-Sunday and then the schedule flips. You will also have access to the pool and the gym that is located in the neighborhood. We will split costs of utilities. This house is right under sq ft and all the bedrooms are upstairs. Downstairs is an open floor plan with huge pantry and good size kitchen and living room. There’s a patio off the kitchen that leads into the backyard which is a good size. Any questions just ask. Looking for sometime in June or July until me and the x hash out some details. Will be adding pictures soon!
