Looking for a roommate in Westlake Village (West Park Condos) to move in at the END OF APRIL. The unit is an square foot, bath unit. The living room, dining room and kitchen are laminate flooring and the bedrooms are carpeted. You will have a private bedroom (~ square feet) and a private bathroom as well as free access to the kitchen, dining and living room. The unit has 2 garage spots on the floor beneath the unit as well as a laundry room right next door. It is located in a very safe community with gated garages as well as a community pool and grill.

Roommate preferences: Any gender, ages +, no tobacco smoking. A single pet (dog or cat) is allowed per HOA rules. I'm fine if you bring over occasional guests, but please no parties without permission before hand.
