Looking for housemate!

Description

I am looking for a responsible and quiet housemate that are clean and respectful of others. Must be a full-time student or have a full-time job. I am very tidy and like to keep my living space clean. My hobbies include going to the gym, golfing, going on runs with my dog and spending time with friends.

I am currently working out of town a few days a week. Roommate will have luxury of an empty house during the week. Utilities to be covered by roommate. WiFi included. Pool, club house and grills are being built in new community. Laundry and kitchen fully stocked. In unit laundry and garage.
