Looking for Downey house roommate

Private room available for rent in a bath house in Downey. My girlfriend and I are looking for one other roommate to occupy our extra room. Shared kitchen and bathroom. Rent will be monthly +
deposit + utlities (shared gas/electric/internet). Washer and dryer available on . Move in date for mid-April. The house is pretty spacious, with a lil front yard and lil backyard. You will have a parking spot in front of our 2 car garage along with plenty of street parking that’s always available. This house is in a quiet and private neighborhood.

Must be cat friendly as my girlfriend and I have a few (very friendly) cats 🐈
We are both very respectful and calm individuals. We both work , M-F and mainly chill through the weekend. We are in our late s so we’re not too wild anymore but will have friends come over from time to time.
