Commuter to Palmdale

Currently looking for a room to rent within commuting distance of Palmdale (Lancaster to Burbank). Ideally, I’m looking for a master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bath. Most my work and personal time is away from home so this room will mostly be used to store my stuff and give me a peaceful place to rest. I work off hours and try to be quiet as a mouse coming home at 3am (usually straight to sleep.) I have a solid income stream. I rent rooms to save money for other investments. My target ra
te is thirteen hundred, however I am willing to go as high as listed if the accommodations are perfect. The most important items I’m looking for in this home are, the condition, my commute, safety, and most importantly if we have good cohabitation chemistry. (Note: my preferences don’t need to be your preferences. Just listing what my life is like to see if it matches.) Also, I’m not OCD. cleanliness requirement that matter are that we don’t attract pests and don’t generate bad smells from rooms. Your hair shedding in the bathroom drain or rinsed off dishes in the sink from last night are a part of life.
