Room is spacious and comes with a walk in closet. The bathroom is a shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the sink area accessible from two bedrooms. The toilet and shower have a separate door and each door leading from the bedroom to the bathroom have their own keyed locks and the bedroom door itself has a keylock

Security:

The house is equipped with a ring camera and a smart lock that can be opened via fingerprint or keycode. The house also is equipped with surveillance system around the property. The neighborhood itself is extremely safe with a extremely low crime rate with cameras through out the entire neighborhood.

There is a spacious living room with a large TV open for use by anyone. The kitchen is large and has two ovens along with a very spacious pantry.

There is a office space that is shared but can be rented out in reserve for an additional monthly fee.


About the roomies
Currently the only other room mate is the Owner ( Female 60) and her two pets ( Large but friendly dog ) and cat. Thus any potential roommates must be okay with a dog and cat.
