Looking for a female roommate to occupy bedrooms in a quiet, family-friendly gated community. Utilities included. The room is ft, unfurnished with closet space and plenty of natural sunlight. Private bathroom with bathtub/shower, double vanity and small linen closet. The house has shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, laundry, screened in furnished lanai and fenced backyard. Our house is directly across from the heated pool that's open year-round. You'll also have access to the gym at our neighboring community, Brentwood.

Meet the homeowners:
We are a married couple 🏳️‍🌈👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 with two beautiful fur babies (small dog and cat)🐱🐶. My wife is an officer and I’m in higher education, we are pretty laid back, movie watching/board game playing/ homebodies. We like to keep our house clean and organized, our fur babies are pretty chill and friendly.
