Ideally looking for a female + youll be required to show proof of income when applying, I am and lgbtq friendly although I’d prefer no pets. This is not the exact lay out but similar and circled would be your private area of the apartment with shared common areas including a laundry room in unit. There’s plenty of community amenities as well and is located in a good location with fast commutes to iE, grocery stores, food, and shopping centers!
