Hello everyone, my name is Rodrigo and I am re-listing this post with 2 rooms available to rent. The first will be available March th and second will be available March th.

Unfortunately it didn’t work out with an individual because of their behavior after drinking.

The home is sized at 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with 2 stories. I live here myself and am looking to rent out to professionals who understand how to live with others. The amenities the house offers would be available for you to use. The kitchen, appliances, cookware, dishes, living room, washer/dryer are all allowed to be used, I just ask you clean up after yourself. There is a pool located in the townhome community that you would have access to as well.

I am asking for $ a month for rent, a security deposit of $. A background check and a credit report. The security deposit is returned to you at the end of the lease. The utilities are split amongst everyone in the house. Thanks for your time, I hope to hear from you soon.
