Two bedrooms for rent!

Hello! (Pictures to be added) We have two free bedrooms with a hallway bathroom (so that would also be used for any guests as well but would mainly be for occupants use.) We have a dog (friendly) and two cats. We would welcome a friendly dog but are trying to stay away from cats as one of ours is grumpy (up to discussion.) Our backyard is fenced in and we have a porch. Street parking would probably be the best option depending on work schedules, but is available for free . Utilities are extra $ per month (bill break down would be sent each month and may change depending on if we have tenets.) As of now we do smoke in the house but are % okay with moving to just outside if we find people who prefer that. Open minded liberals, if you like trump this isn’t going to work
